Edit Federal and State Allowances in myPayWow

Employees can edit their federal and state withholding allowances in myPayWow provided they are granted access. It's imperative that whenever the federal and state withholdings are edited, respective W-4 forms will be regenerated and employees e-sign it.

From the myPayWow app:

1. From the left flap menu, go to My Profile >> Tax Details.
2. Tap Edit to edit Federal Withholding Allowances and State Allowances.

• In the Edit Federal Withholding Allowances screen, 
  • Select Yes/No to claim exemption from withholding for the current year
  • Select Filing Status and enter Total Allowances, Additional Withholding Amount.
  • Tap Save.
•  In the  Edit State Allowances screen, 
  • Select Yes/No to use the same exemption as claimed in federal W4 Form
  • Select Filing Status and enter Total Allowances, Additional Withholding Amount.
  • Tap Save.

myPayWow in browser:

Employees can also sign in to myPayWow in their browser to edit federal and state allowances.
