A reporting manager can manage their reportee(s) time clock entries in myPayWow according to the privileges set by the employer. A reporting manager can manage shifts in the following ways:
- Approve/Decline shifts.
- Add shifts manually.
- View shift summary.
- End the shift.
- Modify reportee(s) time clock shift

Here’s how to manage reportee(s) shifts:
- From the left flap menu, select Reportee(s) >> Time Clock.
- Tap the Current Shifts tab to view today’s shift and tap the Summary tab to view the shift summary for the Day/Week/Pay Period.
- Tap Yet to Approve for each reportee to approve/decline shifts.
- Tap On Shift to end shift.
If you want to add manual punch for a reportee:
- From the left flap menu, select Reportee(s) >> Time Clock.
- Tap '+' to add reportee(s) shifts manually.
- In Add Manual Punch screen,
- Select the reportee name in Employee.
- Enter Clock In/Out time.
- Tap Add Meal Break to enter the break time.
- Tap Save.
