PayWow provides three different options to record employees/contractors work hours:
- In-app Time Clock
- PayWow Kiosk
- Manual Punch
Employers can enable time clock access for employees/contractors by choosing either in-app time clock, kiosk, or both to record shift activities.

Below are the benefits of shifts recording options:
In-app Time Clock
The in-app time clock is prominently displayed on the employees’/contractors’ dashboard to allow them to record shift activities when they log into the myPayWow app. Once they have clocked their work hours, the employer can approve/decline the recorded hours. Employees/contractors will receive instant email notifications when their shift hours are approved/declined.
With geofencing enabled, the employer can restrict employees/contractors to record shifts only within the designated radius. During each shift recording activity, clock in, clock out, break-in and break out time, date, outside, or inside the geofenced area is recorded.

PayWow Kiosk
PayWow kiosk ensures the physical presence of employees/contractors when they record their shift activities. It allows employees/contractors to scan the unique QR code displayed on the mounted and app-installed device at their work premises. Employees without smartphones can make use of manual punch by recording their work hours using the 4-digit PIN. This PIN can be viewed or changed at any time in their myPayWow app. In order to authenticate manual punches, employees'/contractors' shift activities will be photographed.

Manual Punch
Manual punch benefits employees/contractors to record their shifts manually by entering the work hours. Employers can also add manual punch on behalf of employees/contractors and then approve those shifts.
Note: Employees/contractors can make use of the manual punch only if the employer enables this feature. Manual punch can be recorded for any missed dates in the present pay period.
