Employers can request time off on an employees' behalf in PayWow. Once the time off is requested, the employee will be notified of its approval status through email and push notifications.

Here’s how to request time off for employees:

  1. Go to Directory >> Employee

  2. Select the employee from the list and click Time Off.

  3. Click on the Add Time Off button.

  4. From the drop-down list, select the Time Off Category and choose the number of days, One or Multiple as applicable.  

  • For one day, pick a date and check All Day. Uncheck the box if the time-off request is only for a limited number of hours. 

  • For multiple days, set a date range. If timing needs to be adjusted, click on the Adjust Dates? box.

  1. Click Save or Save & Approve.
