Yes, you can. If you have an I-9 form that’s already signed, you can choose to upload it or opt to complete the employee details manually and send a copy to them for e-signing.

Here’s how to manually complete Form I-9:

  1. Go to Compliance >> Employee Documents >> Form I-9.

  2. From the Filter by Status drop-down, select In-progress. This will list the employees who have received the Form I-9 invitation. 

  3. Click to upload Form I-9 (if you have a signed copy of Form I-9). 

  4. To add details manually, click next to the employee’s name. 

  5. Fill in the required information and send the form for e-signing.
