When does the accrual of time-off hours happen?

Time-off hours will be accrued based on the accrual method set - fixed or pay period. If the method chosen is fixed, then employees will accrue the hours either on their anniversary or at the beginning of the year. Whereas, in the case of accruals based on pay period, employees will accrue time-off hours at the end of the pay period.
