Regular payroll must be submitted by 1 PM EST on the scheduled Run Payroll Date. If payrolls are submitted after 1 PM, then there will be a lag of an extra day in your employee's payday. However, there is no deadline for bonus and off-cycle payrolls and contractor payments.
