Reports in PayWow primarily list the economic transactions for the company and for each of the employees. PayWow lets employers' view & download these employee and contractor reports created for a selected period of time chosen. These reports associated with the details of your employees will enable you to get complete control over their wages, tips, time clock hours, and time-off requests. 

Reports in PayWow are available under the following heads: (1). Payroll Reports, (2). Employee Reports, (3). Time-off Reports, (4). Time Clock Reports, (5). Tips Report, (6). Benefits Report, (7). Integration.

Payroll Reports:

  • The Payroll Summary Report gives the details of economic transactions for a company during and after payroll for a pay period.
  • The Payroll Journal Report gives the details of economic transactions for each of the employee during and after payroll for a pay period.
  • The Year to Date Report gives the amounts from the beginning of the year up to the pay period for employee earnings, employer and employee taxes, other employer contributions and employee deductions.
  • The Reimbursement Report gives the amounts of each of the enabled-reimbursements for the associated employee belonging to the payroll for a pay period.
  • The Check Printing Report provides the list of the employees for whom checks were issued for a pay period.
  • The Skipped Employee Report gives the employees who have been skipped from the payroll for the pay period.
  • The Pay stub/Payment Report gives the details of the employee pay stub generated after the payday.
  • The Work Week Report gives the details of the workweek report of employees on a weekly basis.

Employee Reports:

  • The Employee Deduction Report would list the amounts deducted other than taxes, say, benefits, for an employee through the payroll for the pay period.
  • The New Hire Report would give the status of the New Hire Report filed for an employee with the Department of Labor of the State with the work-location of the company.

Time off Reports:

  • The Time-off Balance Report gives the time-off available for each of the employees on completion of the pay period of the payroll.
  • The Approved Time-off Report would give the time-off approved for each of the employees during the pay period of the payroll.
  • The Rejected Time-off Report would give the time-off rejected for each of the employees during the pay period of the payroll.

Time Clock Reports:

  • The Pay Period Work Hours Report would provide the work hours for the pay period of employees selected for the payroll.
  • The Work Hours Report by date would provide the work hours of selected employees for a required range of dates.
  • The Work Hours Report by People would provide the work hours for a selected employee for a selected period.
  • The Unapproved Shifts Report would list the unapproved shifts of selected employees for a required range of dates.

Tips Report:

Benefits Report:

  • The Benefits Report would provide the deductions and contributions related to the benefits of the employees for the year and benefit type.

Integration:

  • QB Desktop IIF Files Export would provide details of the files of economic transactions of a payroll in PayWow that get exported as IIF Files to QB Desktop
