How do I know the status of employee documents?

You'll receive an email notification or can view it on your dashboard whenever your employees e-signs documents like Form W-4, Form I-9, Direct Deposit Authorization, or Form NC-4. You can also check the document status in the Compliance section.

Here’s how to check the status of employee documents in PayWow:

1. Go to Compliance >> Employee Documents.
2. Click any Form and view its status under the Status column.
