You can enable Pay Per Job tracker to record and track any payments you make to each contractor.

Here’s how you enable the tracker:
Go to Settings >> Payroll Settings >> Pay Per Job.
Click the Enable Pay Per Job button.
Agree to the terms & conditions, then click Submit.
Pay Per Job Tracker is enabled. Now, you can select this option to track compensation and other payment information for contractors.
What you should do once the Pay Per Job tracker is enabled?
Set Display Frequency
Once the Pay Per Job tracker is enabled, a default display frequency is set which reflects the chosen pay schedule. You can edit the frequency by clicking the edit icon.
Map Contractors to the Tracker
Under the Contractors list, the number of contractors you are tracking will be displayed. This count indicates only those contractors with Pay Per Job as their compensation type. You can also add and track contractors that are compensated with a flat amount, however, when you do so, those contractors' compensation type will automatically switch to Pay Per Job.
Click the edit icon in the contractor's list.
Select the contractors you'd like to track and click the forward icon to move them to the selected Contractors list.
Add Other Pay Components
If you want to pay your contractors other than the regular payments, add a component to include while making payments.
