You can add all of your business's work locations and set a location as the default. For employees, state taxes are based on any given employee's work location unless that location is in a state that does not levy an income tax on wages.

Here’s how to add a work location in PayWow

  1. Go to Settings >> Company Settings >>  Work Location.

  2. Click Add Work Location.

  3. While entering the address, PayWow will populate the address using Google Maps. You may also select to complete entering the address manually.

  4. Select Default this Work Location checkbox if you wish to mark the location as the default.

  5. Click Save.
