You can complete your onboarding details either in the browser or by downloading the myPayWow app on your mobile, after your employer sends you an invite.

Here's how to start using myPayWow:

  1. Click the Let’s Get Started link from the invite email and set a password for your account.

  2. Click Start and enter relevant details.

  3. Enter your personal, federal and state withholding details. 

  4. Select either check or direct deposit as the payment mode. If you choose direct deposit, enter your bank account information.

  5. Complete the steps for Form I-9 and e-sign.

  6. View and e-sign employment documents (Form W-4 & I-9). 

  7. Click Finish.

Your employer will review and approve your employment documents. Till then, you'll not be able to make any changes.
