Purpose:

The payroll admin or collaborator generates the report to view and manage selected employees' shifts.


Scope:

Categorized by employees, the Work Hours Report will contain the total hours worked as well as shift details for the selected dates of a chosen employee.

Filters:

From/To Dates, Select Type, Select People


Running the Report:  

  • Go to Reports >> Time Clock Reports and click Work Hours Report by People.

  • On the Work Hours Report by People page, select the From/To datesSelect Type and Select People for which the report is to be generated.

  • Click Generate


Output Fields:

The report shows the clocked in/out times and total work duration for selected people within a chosen date range.
