The payroll admin generates the Unapproved Shifts Report to track employees' unapproved shifts before running payroll.
To generate a report of employees' unapproved shifts for a selected range of dates.

From/To Date, Select Type, Select People
Running the Report:
Go to Reports >> Time Clock Reports and click Unapproved Shifts Report.
On the Unapproved Shifts Report page, select From/To dates, Select Type and Select People for which the Unapproved Shifts Report is to be generated.
The report shows details such as clock in/out time, work duration, total breaks and approval status for employees' unapproved shifts.
