Purpose:


The payroll admin or collaborator generates the report to view selected employees’ overtime hours. 


Scope:

To generate both detailed and brief reports of employees' overtime work hours either for a selected date or a chosen pay period.

Filters:

Select Year, Select Employee(s), Select Report Type, Start & End Date, Date Range, and Search By. 


Running the Report:

  • Go to Reports >> Time Clock Reports and click Overtime Hours Report.

  • On the Overtime Hours Report page, select the YearReport Type and Date Range for which the report is to be generated.

  • Click Generate Report.


Output Fields:

The report shows the employee names, total hours worked, and regular and overtime hours for the chosen period.
