Yes, the administrators can record shifts on their employees' behalf using the manual punch option and approve them at the same time.

Here's how to use the manual punch option:

  1. Go to Time and Attendance >> TimeClock.

  2. Under Manage Shifts, select Today’s Shifts. 

  3. Click the Manual Punch button.

  4. Select EmployeeWork LocationClock In & Out time. 

  5. Click the Add Meal Break button to add break time, if any. 

  6. Click Save.
