You can track employees’ work hours in PayWow. To track hours specific to each job role, the employee must clock out from one job role before clocking into another.

Here’s how you can track employees’ current shifts: 


  • Go to Time & Attendance >> Time Clock

  • Navigate to Manage Shifts >> Today’s Shifts.  

  • Information listed includes the name of the device the employee used to clock in or out, shift status, clock in/out times, work duration, and shift approval status.

  • Click to view an employee’s shift details.


Administrators and any collaborators with time clock access can edit employee job roles as well as view their time clock summaries on a daily, weekly, and pay period basis.
