Manage Work Location for an Employee

Based on the employee's work location, state and local withholdings will be calculated while processing payroll. In case you update an employee's work location, then the withholdings will vary as per the state. You can also set a relocation date prior to the employee's move, and the withholdings will be calculated from the set date.

Here’s how to manage work location for an employee:

1. Go to Directory >> Employee.
2. Select the employee for whom you need to manage the work location. 
3. Click  under Work Location in Job Details page to add, edit, or delete a location.
4. To add or edit a location, select Employee Relocation date, Work Location, and click Save.
