You can edit your employee's compensation details and set an effective date for it. But, if the compensation is updated when payroll is in progress, then those changes will not be reflected in the current paycheck. If you want the change to be reflected in the current paycheck, cancel the payroll in progress and re-run it.

Here’s how to manage an employee’s compensation details:

  1. Go to Directory >> Employee.

  2. Select the Employee for whom you would like to edit compensation details.

  3. Under Compensation Details, click the edit icon, enter the effective date, and fill out the compensation details. 

  4. Click Save.
