As an employee or a contractor, you will receive automated email notifications under the following circumstances:

  1. When an administrator sends an invite to access myPayWow.
  2. When you request and/or complete a password reset.
  3. When an administrator approves/declines shift hours and time-off requests*.
  4. When you are paid through direct deposit.
  5. When Form W-2/ Form 1099-MISC is made available on myPayWow.
