How do I complete Form W-9 after a request is sent to contractors?

To complete Form W-9, you must cancel the W-9 invitation sent to contractors and upload a signed copy of the form. Form W-9 must be completed because it is used to verify contractors’ tax identification numbers.

Here’s how you can upload Form W-9:

1. Go to Compliance >> Contractor Documents and click Form W-9.
2. Click the Delete button under Action next to the contractor’s name.
3. Select Upload under Action to upload the signed copy of the Form W-9.
