Purpose:

The payroll admin generates the Unapproved Shifts Report to track employees' unapproved shifts before running payroll.

Scope:

To generate a report of employees' unapproved shifts for a selected range of dates.

Filters:

From/To Date, Select Type, Select People

Running the Report:  

  1. Go to Reports >> Time Clock Reports and click Unapproved Shifts Report.
  2. On the Unapproved Shifts Report page, select From/To dates, Select Type and Select People for which the Unapproved Shifts Report is to be generated.
  3. Click Generate.

Output Fields:

 The report shows details such as clock in/out time, work duration, total no of breaks, and approval status for employees' unapproved shifts.
