Purpose:

The payroll admin or collaborator generates the report to view selected employees’ overtime hours. 

Scope:

To generate both detailed and brief reports of employees' overtime work hours either for a selected date or a chosen pay period.

Filters:

Select Year, Select Employee(s), Select Report Type, Start & End Date, Date Range, and Search By. 

Running the Report:

  1. Go to Reports >> Time Clock Reports and click Overtime Hours Report.
  2. On the Overtime Hours Report page, select the Year, Report Type, and Date Range for which the report is to be generated.
  3. Click Generate Report.

Output Fields:

The report shows the employee names, total hours worked, and regular and overtime hours for the chosen period.
